How long does a deck take to build?
Most deck projects run 6–12 days depending on size and whether an old deck comes out first. The written estimate includes the schedule.
How long does siding installation take?
Most siding projects run 3–7 days once materials are on site. A full tear-off with sheathing repair takes longer.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most single-family roofs take 1–3 dry days. Weather moves the start, not the standard we build to.
How long does a fence take?
Most runs are 2–5 days depending on length, gates and material.
How long do windows or doors take?
Installation is often 1–3 days. Custom units add lead time before anyone arrives, and that lead time is in the estimate.
What areas do you serve?
King County, with the core of the work on the Eastside: Mercer Island, Bellevue, Kirkland, Sammamish, Redmond, Issaquah and Newcastle.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We visit, measure and talk through the goal, then send a written itemized estimate. No obligation. We respond to estimate requests within one business day.
How does pricing work?
Fixed price. Once the scope and materials are agreed, the number in the estimate is the number, not a cost-plus tab that moves every week.
Do you handle permits?
Permitting is typically handled by the homeowner. We walk you through what your city asks for so the inspection is not a surprise.
